When Fast Change / pin-on cheek shrouds make sense
WPA Fast Change wear shrouds use a pin-and-boss cheek design aimed at secure fit and faster change-outs versus some weld-heavy cheek builds. They still need the correct size for your cheek thickness and layout — model name alone is not enough.

What to measure on a ZX bucket
- Lip thickness (mm) — at the cutting edge where lip shrouds sit.
- Cheek / side-plate thickness (mm) — where wing or Fast Change shrouds mount.
- Existing shroud style — weld-on, bolt-on or pin-on; photograph both sides.
- Heel wear areas — corners and rear plates if heel protection is missing or worn through.
- Machine + bucket notes — ZX model helps context; dimensions decide the part.
If you only have the machine model, start with clear photos of the lip and existing shrouds — we confirm dimensions before quoting.

Do you sell Hitachi OEM shrouds?
No. WPA supplies Australian-designed aftermarket shrouds matched to bucket dimensions. We do not rebadge Hitachi OEM parts and we do not publish invented Hitachi OEM part numbers.
Will ZX model (e.g. ZX200) tell me the shroud size?
Not reliably. Bucket builders and lip thickness vary — measure lip/cheek or send photos. We will not claim “fits all ZX Series.”
What’s the difference between lip, wing and heel shrouds?
Lip shrouds protect the cutting edge / lip; wing (cheek) shrouds protect side plates; heel shrouds protect the rear/corner wear areas. Many rock buckets use more than one.
