Shipping, Exchanges & Returns
All orders will be packed and dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order if stock is available.
In the event of a stock outage, we will contact you within 24 hours to advise of our course of action to remedy the stock outage.
Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be shipped on the next business day.
Exchanges & Returns
Exchanges will be processed and new products dispatched on the same day as the return product is received.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs relating to a return of product.
Refunds will only be processed once original products are received, condition assessed and approved for refund.
Refunds are eligible on return of products on original invoice only and in original, unused condition: exactly the same as it was delivered to you.
All shipping, handling and any customs charges are non-refundable.
Approved refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s original payment method.
Deliveries in excess of 5kg will ONLY be delivered to commercial addresses.
Commercial address will be your main base of operation with a registered ABN or to site with access for freight company.
You will be required to accept delivery in person and sign supplied documents, or have someone present to accept delivery on your behalf.
Suitable Equipment To Unload
Deliveries greater than 30kg will require suitable lifting equipment (forklift or reach truck) to unload.
It is the responsibility of the customer to have the correct lifting equipment onsite.
